Summary:
Provide analytical and technical support across multiple functions in the finance department including corporate finance, planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Energy Transfer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual performance management reporting for senior management
Support the company-wide annual planning process and subsequent monthly forecasting process
Provide corporate and G&A expense variance analysis including budget vs. actual, quarter vs. quarter, current year vs. prior year
Provide support of our TM1 production and development environments supporting multiple users, maintaining existing dimensions and managing user access/security
Provide support for earnings releases, 10-K, 10-Q, and other external financial reporting
Prepare headcount and capital tracking reports

Undergraduate degree in Finance, MIS, Mathematics, or related field and a minimum of 2 or more years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Must be highly proficient with MS Excel
High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly organized with the ability to perform multiple tasks
Self-starter with ability to learn quickly

– The Senior Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5-8 years of relevant job-related experience
– The Lead Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 8+ years of relevant job-related experience
Preferred Qualifications:
– IBM Cognos TM1 experience preferred, but not required to apply. However, this role is responsible for TM1 support so the willingness to learn is required.
– SAP experience preferred, but not required
