We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead our accounting operations and contribute to our firm’s financial strength and operational efficiency.
Position Overview – The Corporate Controller is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, supervising staff accountants and bookkeepers
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll)
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Collaborate with owners, CFOs, and consultants on financial planning and forecasting
Implement and improve internal controls
Learn and champion new accounting operations technologies and spearhead implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Microsoft Products
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year
