Role Overview:
Are you a highly skilled and experienced Senior International Tax Analyst who is looking for challenging and engaging work within a collaborative team? You will primarily focus on international aspects of tax compliance, provision, and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). You possess a deep understanding of international tax regulations and are adept at navigating the complexities of global tax compliance. You’ll also occasionally assist with domestic tax matters, providing a well-rounded approach to our tax strategy.
This is a remote position; however you will be required to be onsite at our Frisco, TX office occasionally. We will only consider candidates who are a commutable distance to Frisco or Dallas and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
Prepare international aspects of US tax provision and compliance, including GILTI, BEAT, FDII, E&P and PTEP calculations, subpart F computations, sourcing of income and allocation & apportionment of expenses, foreign tax credit, and dual consolidated loss analysis and reporting
Support transfer pricing documentation requests and processes
Assist in various international tax planning activities including tax research, estimated tax forecasts, and other projects involving a high degree of complexity
Actively participate and contribute in process initiatives including process optimization; develop and implement procedural changes to improve the tax function
Provide support in relation to tax audits and inquires
Communicate with team members and outside consultants on tax related matters
Assist other team members as required
About you:
At least 5 years (we’d love more!) of experience with international tax matters in a public accounting firm and/or a multinational corporation
BA/BS/BBA degree in Accounting or related field preferred; advanced degree in Accounting or Tax a plus
Strong technical knowledge of US international taxation
Experience working on complex projects with geographically diverse teams
Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with limited supervision
Highly effective communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues throughout the business
Focused attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
Strong sense of ownership and urgency
Working knowledge of OneSource Tax Provision
Experience with SAP and WorkDay preferred
Advanced Excel; proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with Alteryx a plus
Strong aptitude for learning new software applications
Strong project management and organizational skills
Demonstrate high degree of integrity and ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information
