Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Manages daily fuel inventory reconciliation process for a portfolio of assigned pipelines or terminals
Resolves issues accurately and with a sense of urgency
Responsible for a high-volume of accounting information moving between multiple systems
Maintains productive relationships with all counterparties through proactive, effective communication
Analyzes financial results effectively, providing supporting details and insights that contribute to the company’s success
Exhibits a record of sustained improvement in key metrics and contributes to the success of the overall team

Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel required
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience
The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant job related experience
Preferred qualifications: Experience with SAP, RightAngle, Power BI, Alteryx, or Robotic Process Automation tools is a plus
